Undoing a previous change to use a different hook, since it caused incorrect behavior in TPS that I couldn't figure out how to fix.
Still need to fix the original issue of new characters inheriting previously loaded save options, so I've added a hook on LoadGame that simply sets values to default. This hook covers new and existing characters.
No edits to changelog or version since this was never released and descriptions are still accurate.
